0% markup on Meta's fees

You pay for WhatsApp messages directly to Meta, with your own payment method in Meta Business Manager, at Meta's official rates. ChatSales doesn't resell those messages or add any markup.

How you upgrade to ChatSales (free, at your pace)

You do it yourself, with the step-by-step guide and the help centre tutorials. Our team doesn't do the upgrade for you.

• Recreate your sales stages in your pipelines.
• Connect your WhatsApp number through the official API or coexistence.
• Pick ready-made templates and submit them to Meta for approval.
• Turn on your main flows and train your AI with your information.

Promotion terms

• Applies to customers with a current paid plan on another WhatsApp messaging platform, verified with an invoice or screenshot.
• You pay whichever is lower: 50% of what you pay today for your current plan (monthly equivalent), or the list price of the ChatSales plan that matches or beats yours in channels, seats and active chats. List prices: Mini US$29 (US$23 billed annually), Basic US$49 (US$39), Professional US$69 (US$53), Advance US$129 (US$99). That price is kept for life as long as your subscription stays active and uninterrupted. We email you the payment link with your price after we check your invoice.
• If you switch and ChatSales isn't right for you within your first 7 days, we refund 100% of what you paid ChatSales.
• One switch offer per company. Cannot be combined with other promotions.
• Meta fees for WhatsApp templates are not included and are charged separately.
• Promotion valid from October 8, 2026 until its end is announced on this page. Customers who already have it keep it for life while their subscription stays active.
