How it works

  1. Create your ChatSales account.
  2. Send an invoice or screenshot of your current paid plan to [email protected].
  3. We assign you the equivalent or higher plan at 50% of that price.
  4. We help you migrate: we import your contacts (CSV), recreate your pipeline stages and connect your number.

What the migration includes

  • Contacts imported with their tags.
  • Your sales stages recreated in your pipelines.
  • Your WhatsApp number connected via the official API or via coexistence.
  • Your templates resubmitted for Meta approval.
  • Your main flows rebuilt and your AI trained on your information.

Promotion terms

  • Applies to customers with a current paid plan on another WhatsApp messaging platform, verified with an invoice or screenshot.
  • The price is 50% of your current plan on the same cycle (monthly or annual) and is kept for life as long as your subscription remains active and uninterrupted.
  • One discount per company. Cannot be combined with other promotions.
  • Meta fees for WhatsApp templates are not included and are charged separately.
  • Promotion valid from September 27, 2026 until its end is announced on this page. Customers who already have it keep it.

Is it really for life?

Yes. As long as your subscription stays active and uninterrupted, you keep the 50%.

Will I lose my WhatsApp number when I switch?

No. Your number connects to ChatSales via the official WhatsApp API or via coexistence, which lets you keep using the WhatsApp Business app on your phone.

What happens to my contacts and conversations?

Your contacts are imported from a CSV file with their tags. Conversation history depends on what your current platform lets you export.
