Migrate from 360dialog to ChatSales

Export your contacts from 360dialog

1. Search “export contacts” in 360dialog's help center or ask their support for the export.

We couldn't confirm the exact steps in their public documentation. 360dialog works as a WhatsApp API provider: export your contacts from the tool you had connected to it. Chat history export isn't documented publicly: save important conversations before cancelling.

Free up your WhatsApp number

1. Pay all outstanding invoices with 360dialog.
2. Disable two-factor authentication (2FA) on the number; it's mandatory.
3. Coordinate with your new provider or with Meta to start the migration.
4. Cancel the phone-number subscription with 360dialog.
5. Request a refund of unused conversation funds.

After migration, 360dialog no longer supports the number. General rule: official API numbers move to a new provider through Meta's phone-number migration between providers, or by deleting or disconnecting the number; QR/WhatsApp Web tools only need you to log out. Approved templates belong to your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA): if 360dialog owns the WABA, you may need to recreate them. Per 360dialog's migration docs, a migrated number keeps its approved high-quality templates, but their quality rating restarts as “UNKNOWN”. Cancel 360dialog without losing data

1. Before cancelling, export your contacts, chats and pipeline with the steps above.
2. Cancel the phone-number subscription as part of the migration process.

We found no separate account-cancellation or data-retention policy.
