Coexistence lets you connect your WhatsApp Business number to ChatSales without giving up the app on your phone. Your team works from the shared inbox and you keep replying from your phone, with the same number.

- Your number must have actively used the WhatsApp Business app (sending and receiving messages) for at least 7 consecutive days before registration.
- The latest version of the app, on a phone with a camera (you scan a QR code).
- A number from a country where Meta allows coexistence.
- A Meta Business account that belongs to your company, with legal name, address, website and phone number.
Limits worth knowing
- The business name can't be changed after coexistence is activated: update it beforehand.
- You can link up to four companion devices.
- WhatsApp for Windows and WearOS are not supported: anything you send from them won't appear in ChatSales.
- There is no button to turn off coexistence; if the connection is lost, the number is reconnected.
How to connect
From Channels, choose to connect WhatsApp, log in with your Meta account, choose your Meta Business account and scan the QR code with the WhatsApp Business app.

Will I lose my chats in the app?
No. You keep using the app on your phone as usual.
Can I use broadcasts and AI with coexistence?
Yes. Your number works with the API tools in ChatSales.
Why did Meta reject my registration?
The most common reason is that the number wasn't active in the app during the previous 7 days. Use it normally and try again.
