Do WhatsApp platforms add a markup to Meta's fees?

The two ways to pay for WhatsApp messages

• Directly to Meta: you add your card in Meta Business Manager and Meta charges its official rates. The platform never touches that money.
• Through the platform: you pay for messages with the vendor's balance, credits or invoice, which can add a percentage or a per-message fee on top of Meta's price.
