Migrate to ChatSales

Before you migrate: what to export

Switching to ChatSales is something you do yourself, at your own pace, with these guides. Step one is taking everything you want to keep out of your current platform before you cancel it.

Export your contacts as CSV

In your current platform, find the export option for contacts and download a CSV file. Check that it includes each contact's name, number with country code and, if possible, their tags.

Every platform does it differently. We have step-by-step guides for the most used ones: Leadsales, Kommo, Wati, respond.io, ManyChat and the rest.

Note your tags, quick replies and stages

List your tags, copy the text of your quick replies and write down your pipeline stages in the order you use them. With that list you recreate them in ChatSales in a few minutes.

If you use automations or keyword replies, note what triggers them and what they reply.

Check your WhatsApp templates

Meta-approved templates belong to your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA), not to the platform. If you move your number and keep the same WABA, your templates stay. If you create a new WABA, you'll need to submit them for approval again.

Save the name and text of each template in case you need to recreate it.

Don't cancel yet

Keep your current platform active until you've imported your contacts and connected your number in ChatSales. Some platforms delete your data soon after you cancel.
