Migrate from SleekFlow to ChatSales

Moving from SleekFlow to ChatSales takes a few steps: you export your contacts, import them with their tags, recreate your sales stages and connect your WhatsApp number through the official API or coexistence. You do it yourself, free, with our step-by-step guide and tutorials.

Export your contacts from SleekFlow

  1. Go to the contact list you want to export.
  2. Click “More actions” and choose export.
  3. The file is generated automatically; progress shows at the bottom left.

Format: CSV; each contact property becomes a column header. Based on SleekFlow's public documentation, reviewed on September 29, 2026; menus may change. Chat history export isn't documented publicly: save important conversations before cancelling.

Free up your WhatsApp number

  1. With coexistence: open the WhatsApp Business app on your phone.
  2. Go to “Settings > Account > Business Platform” (or “Connected platform”).
  3. Tap the connected platform, review the info, tap “Next”, then “Disconnect”.
  4. On the API without coexistence: remove the WhatsApp channel from SleekFlow's channel settings.

Disconnecting coexistence immediately stops automation, analytics and multi-user access in SleekFlow. General rule: official API numbers move to a new provider through Meta's phone-number migration between providers, or by deleting or disconnecting the number; QR/WhatsApp Web tools only need you to log out. Approved templates belong to your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA): if SleekFlow owns the WABA, you may need to recreate them. Based on the public documentation of SleekFlow and Meta, reviewed on September 29, 2026; menus may change.

Cancel SleekFlow without losing data

  1. Before cancelling, export your contacts, chats and pipeline with the steps above.
  2. Ask SleekFlow's support to cancel your subscription.

We couldn't find cancellation steps or a data-retention period in their public documentation.

Import everything into ChatSales

  1. Create your ChatSales account.
  2. Import your contacts from the CSV or Excel file, keeping your tags as labels.
  3. Recreate your sales pipeline stages.
  4. Connect your WhatsApp number via the official API or coexistence.
  5. Turn on the AI assistant and give it your business information.
