Migrate from Gallabox to ChatSales

Export your contacts from Gallabox

1. Go to “Contacts”.
2. Hover over “Export” and select “Export Contacts”.
3. Click “Confirm”.
4. You'll get the list by email from notifications@gallabox.com; download and open it.

Export your chat history

1. Use “Conversation Report” to search, filter and export conversation records.
2. Use “Message Reports” to generate and download a message report for a date range.

Free up your WhatsApp number

1. With coexistence: open the WhatsApp Business app.
2. Go to “Settings > Account > Business Platform”.
3. Tap “Disconnect Account”; the number disconnects from Gallabox without affecting your app.

General rule: official API numbers move to a new provider through Meta's phone-number migration between providers, or by deleting or disconnecting the number; QR/WhatsApp Web tools only need you to log out. Approved templates belong to your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA): if Gallabox owns the WABA, you may need to recreate them. Cancel Gallabox without losing data

1. Before cancelling, export your contacts, chats and pipeline with the steps above.
2. Go to “Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription”.
3. Select a reason.
4. Review data retention and the access cutoff.
5. Click “Confirm Cancellation”.

You keep access until the end of the billing period; then the account becomes read-only. Data is kept for 30 days after cancellation (contact support to export it before deletion).

Import everything into ChatSales

1. Create your ChatSales account.
2. Import your contacts from the CSV or Excel file, keeping your tags as labels.
3. Recreate your sales pipeline stages.
4. Connect your WhatsApp number via the official API or coexistence.
5. Turn on the AI assistant and give it your business information.
