Jumpseller orders with WhatsApp updates

When an order is paid in your Jumpseller store, ChatSales lets the customer know on WhatsApp. When you ship it with a tracking number, it sends the tracking number and link.

JumpsellerWhatsApp

Sample data. Shown in English: your customers get the Mexican Spanish template.

How it works

  1. Your customer pays for their order in Jumpseller and gets "payment received" on WhatsApp.
  2. You mark the order shipped in Jumpseller with its tracking number, and Jumpseller shows it in transit.
  3. ChatSales sends "order on its way" with the tracking number, the tracking link and the carrier if you set one.
  4. In Activity you see every update and whether it went out (or why not).

What it does and doesn't do

✅ It can🚫 It can't
Tell your customer on WhatsApp that you received their order payment.Message customers with no phone on the order.
Tell them when the order is on its way, with the carrier, tracking number and tracking link.Write about unpaid, cancelled or abandoned orders.
Register the webhook in Jumpseller for you (nothing to paste) and remove it if you disconnect.Change orders, prices or products: it only reads orders and manages its own webhook.
Write without Meta-approved templates (Utility category).

🔐 Jumpseller has no read-only keys: your Login and Auth Token give access to the store. ChatSales stores them encrypted and only uses them to read orders and create or remove its webhook. If you reset the Auth Token in Jumpseller, the old one stops working.

Set up in 3 steps

  1. Turn on Jumpseller in the ChatSales App Store.
  2. Paste your Jumpseller Login and Auth Token: ChatSales registers its own webhook in your store (nothing to paste in Jumpseller).
  3. Review the messages and switch off any you don't want.

The message your customer gets

ChatSales creates this template in Mexican Spanish and submits it to Meta; here is what it says, in English (you can pick another approved flow):

Hi Ana, your order #1042 from Piel & Co. is on its way with Estafeta. Tracking number: 7015 2026 1042. Track it here: (link) Thanks for your order!

What you need

You need:

A WhatsApp API number connected in ChatSales (Connect your WhatsApp). These messages are the first contact with someone who has not written to you, so WhatsApp only allows them with a Meta-approved template.

To be an admin of your ChatSales team and have access to your Jumpseller account.

Rules that protect your number

Numbers without a country code are treated as Mexican (+52) by default. If you get contacts from other countries, turn it off under Connection and we only message numbers with "+code".
