What goes in a WhatsApp Business profile?
Business name, profile photo, cover photo, description, category (up to three), address, hours, email, website and, optionally, a username. You can also link your Facebook Page or Instagram account and show your catalog.
How do I edit my WhatsApp Business profile?
Go to Settings or Tools and tap Business profile. There you edit the photo, cover, description, category, address, hours, email and website.
Who can see my business profile?
Anyone who has your number saved, even someone you blocked, can see your business profile and catalog.

How to edit it step by step
- Open Settings (or Tools) and tap Business profile.
- Tap the photo to change your logo and the cover icon for the cover photo.
- Tap each field (description, category, address, hours, email, website) and save.
- Optional: link your Facebook Page or Instagram to show your latest posts (not available in every region).
