AgendaPro appointments: confirm and remind
Forgotten appointments cost money. With this integration, when someone books in AgendaPro they get a WhatsApp confirmation from your number, and a reminder 24 hours before. If the appointment is cancelled, nothing is sent; if it moves, the new time is reminded.

🔐 AgendaPro asks for an API key: ChatSales stores it encrypted and only uses it to read bookings and customers. If AgendaPro lets you choose permissions, give it only bookings:read, clients:read and locations:read. You can revoke it in AgendaPro any time.
Before you start
You need:
A WhatsApp API number connected in ChatSales (Connect your WhatsApp). These messages are the first contact with someone who has not written to you, so WhatsApp only allows them with a Meta-approved template.
To be an admin of your ChatSales team and have access to your AgendaPro account.
Open the App Store
In the left menu go to App Store and click Create (1).
Choose AgendaPro
Find the AgendaPro card (1) and click it. You can also find it with the Scheduling / Calendar filter.
In AgendaPro: create an API key
In AgendaPro go to "Configuraciones" → "Integraciones" and create an API key. If it lets you choose permissions, give it read-only: bookings:read, clients:read and locations:read. Copy it: AgendaPro shows it only once.
Paste the API key and save
In ChatSales paste the key into AgendaPro API key (1) and click Save (2). ChatSales checks it with AgendaPro before saving it, creates your webhook URL and 2 templates on your WhatsApp API number: appointment booked and reminder.
In AgendaPro: create the webhook
Copy the Webhook URL (1). In AgendaPro, under "Configuraciones" → "Integraciones", create a webhook with that URL and the booking events (booking.*). AgendaPro shows a secret starting with whsec_ only once: copy it.
Paste the webhook secret
Below the Webhook URL (1) you copied, paste the secret into Webhook secret (2) and click Save. Until you do, you see "The webhook secret is missing" and nothing is sent.
Check that it arrives
Book a test appointment with your own number (more than a day ahead). You get the confirmation and Activity (1) shows the reminder as Scheduled, with when it goes out. If the appointment is cancelled or moved, you see why.
The message (optional)
Under Message you see the template's status at Meta (1) and the text that is sent. To customise it, pick another flow or create one (2): Meta must approve it. The switch (3) turns it off. Click Save.
Rules that protect your number
Numbers without a country code are treated as Mexican (+52) by default. If you get contacts from other countries, turn it off under Connection and we only message numbers with "+code".
Find it later
Your connected apps show at the top of the App Store, under Your apps (1), with what is left to do. Click AgendaPro to open it.
Common problems
"Not sent: no valid phone". The form had no phone, or had one without a country code and you turned off "Numbers without a country code".
"Waiting: ChatSales lost access". Someone deleted ChatSales' token in Settings → API. Open the app and click Save to reconnect.
I want to stop using it. Under Connection click Disconnect: the URL stops working and this app's activity is deleted.
